Redesign of 60’s interior to contemporary style

How do you maintain your heritage lovingly built by your parents but update for rental appeal?

The original 60’s build, two and a half beds bungalow needed a total gut of the interior plus an added 2 bed loft conversion.

Garden style design concept

I applied 360 degree space planning to create the  to highlight the mature garden views by creating walk throughs via long hallways and open plan rooms to maximise light and space.

It took 4 months to complete and was rented within the first week of being marketed.

Please contact me on email or +447786815736 if you’d like to discuss what goes into renovations within the fabric of original building.
