According to today’s Telegraph, London is third amongst the top ten places in the UK to buy a property. Owners should see a 22.7 per cent boost in  their homes’ value over the next five years. This includes West London’s Chiswick, Fulham and Wandsworth.

Chiswick, Fulham and Wandsworth are especially attractive to young families with kids due to easy access to local schools and parks and the short commute to central London.
